This course introduces students to basic principles for effective organizational communication. Topics covered are in the areas of: communication competencies; interpersonal communication skills; verbal vs. nonverbal communications; managing communication conflict; intercultural communication; team building; communication with customers and clients; group communication; making effective presentations; etc.
